How do I get a refund?

If you experience a problem with your product inside the first 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement upon QC checking and approval.

Should you experience a problem with your product after 7 days and prior to 365 days had elapsed after your purchase, please drop us a line with as much detail as possible and we will provide you with information on how you can make a claim.

Once you’ve received a confirmation from us please package your product carefully and ship it out to the address provided to you via email. Please note that you will have to bear both way shipping charge [sending and receiving the shipment]

Once receives your product, We will inspect the item and carry out an assessment, and will endeavor to find and repair the fault in question as quickly as possible. Most repairs take up to 14 working days and may take longer should parts not be available or due to other unforeseen delays. Our timeframes do not include shipping times.

If is unable to repair your product, you may be offered a full or partial refund of the item value upon approval of our QC department. Don’t worry we are dedicatedly working to make your online shopping experience delightful.
